As a Regeneration Technician, you’ll play a hands-on role in managing water treatment technology, ensuring production runs smoothly, and solving problems in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage tank inventory, track levels, and maintain accurate records of materials like tanks, resin, and acid to meet production demands.
• Load and maintain membranes, conduct tests, and clean RO membranes following established guidelines.
• Keep meticulous production, quality control, and maintenance documentation.
• Collaborate with technicians, plant managers, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
• Support deliveries by operating forklifts, dollies, and other equipment to transport materials.

Requirements

• Knowledge of water treatment systems is a plus, but willingness to learn and grow in the field is key.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for team collaboration.
• Experience safely operating forklifts and other equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work with mechanical equipment in an active, hands-on environment.
• Comfort working in a plant setting with occasional exposure to noise, mechanical parts, and vibration.

Pay
