Refurbishment Associate

About the role

We are recruiting for a Refurb Warehouse Team Member to join our manufacturing line. The Refurb Associate is an essential member of the manufacturing floor ensuring bikes are serviced and repaired accordingly and helps support the Peloton Supply Chain team.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

• SUPPORTING DAY TO DAY MECHANICAL REPAIRS AND REFURBISHMENT OPERATIONS INCLUDING FITNESS PRODUCTS, ELECTRONICS, AND ACCESSORIES, WITH THE GOAL OF PRODUCING QUALITY PRODUCTS WHILE MINIMIZING COST
• WORKING CLOSER WITH ENGINEERING AND QUALITY TEAMS ON REPAIR AND REFURBISHMENT
• WORK TOWARDS DEFINED MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE THAT IMPACT REFURBISHMENT QUALITY AND COST
• WORKING INDEPENDENTLY AS DIRECTED, AND AS PART OF TEAM, TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE PRIORITIES AND PROJECTS
• STANDING AND ENGAGING IN REPETITIVE MOVEMENT THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE SHIFT COULD BE PART OF THE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• KEEPING WORK AREAS AND THE REFURB AREA CLEAN, MAINTAINING A SAFE WORKING ENVIRONMENT, AND WORKING AND OPERATING IN A SAFE MANNER

• This is primarily an active position, involving long periods of standing and lifting items weighing 145 lbs or more.
