Your mission
To provide the best customer experience by performing service, (preventive maintenance, safety checks, corrective actions, upgrades and refurbishment) on equipment, at our Hiab location in line with Manager’s instructions.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect, troubleshoot, report, plan and then conduct service or repair with Hiab quality
- Keep adequate records and maintain documentation in line with agreed standards
- Make judgements about the most cost effective and efficient approach to providing service
- Manage and protect the security and traceability of spare parts
- Recognize sales opportunities and communicate those to Manager
- Coach/tutor junior colleagues and trainees as necessary
- Conduct self at all times in a way that promotes a positive image of the Hiab brand and follow rules of the Quality System
What we are looking for
- A High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in a technical discipline or sufficient product knowledge
- Appropriate diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Good hands-on skills as required for relevant mechanical, hydraulic and electronic operations
- Able to safely operate equipment for the purpose of conducting tests and repair
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google email and SAP
