About the role
Seeking Refrigeration Technicians to maintain and support ammonia-based industrial refrigeration systems in a frozen-food manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and repair ammonia refrigeration systems.
- Perform maintenance on compressors, boilers, pumps, HVAC equipment, and electrical controls.
- Monitor system performance and minimize downtime.
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation.
- Support facility safety, emergency response, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC or refrigeration experience (ammonia preferred).
- Industrial or food-manufacturing experience preferred.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and OSHA safety standards.
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and at least 18 years old.
