Superior Energy Solutions is expanding its commercial service team and seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Service Technician. If you're the technician customers and teammates can count on when equipment isn't working, this is an opportunity to put those skills to work with an established company. For more than 30 years, Superior Energy Solutions has provided HVAC/R and mechanical services throughout Maine and New Hampshire. You'll handle a variety of commercial refrigeration and HVAC service calls, diagnose equipment problems, complete repairs, and perform preventative maintenance. You'll have the independence to manage your route while still having a responsive team behind you when you need support. At Superior Energy Solutions, experienced technicians are trusted to do their jobs without unnecessary micromanagement. Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial refrigeration equipment
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems in the field
• Work on commercial HVAC/R systems as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
• Identify the cause of system failures and recommend appropriate repairs
• Communicate professionally with customers about equipment condition and service needs
• Complete digital service documentation and work orders
• Manage daily service calls independently while coordinating with dispatch
• Follow company safety procedures and industry best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC/R service experience
• Strong commercial refrigeration troubleshooting and repair skills
• Solid electrical and mechanical diagnostic abilities
• Maine or New Hampshire Propane/Natural Gas Basic License
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Comfortable working with tablets, mobile applications, and digital work orders
• Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Able to work independently in the field

Pay

• $38–$50/hour, based on experience and qualifications
