Refrigeration Technician
What's the Job?
Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems within assigned facilities.
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
Conduct inspections of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across HVAC/R systems, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment.
Ensure all equipment is maintained in an energy-efficient, safe manner, minimizing downtime through proactive repairs.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a focus on HVAC/R, electrical, plumbing, and equipment maintenance.
- HVAC Universal CFC recovery certification (or within 90 days of employment).
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs, work at heights, and operate in adverse conditions.
