In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and service complex commercial refrigeration systems while providing exceptional support to our customers. What You Will Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
• Service and maintain evaporative condensers, control systems, and refrigeration equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections according to customer agreements
• Rebuild and repair commercial and industrial compressors
• Utilize mobile technology to document work orders, inspections, and service activities
• Communicate regularly with service coordinators regarding job status and customer needs
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and work environment

What We Are Looking For

• EPA 608 Universal Certification (required upon hire)
• At least 5 years of refrigeration, HVAC, or service technician experience
• Experience working on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
• Knowledge of IIAR, RETA, and OSHA safety standards
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
