In this role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and service complex commercial refrigeration systems while providing exceptional support to our customers. What You Will Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
- Service and maintain evaporative condensers, control systems, and refrigeration equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and inspections according to customer agreements
- Rebuild and repair commercial and industrial compressors
- Utilize mobile technology to document work orders, inspections, and service activities
- Communicate regularly with service coordinators regarding job status and customer needs
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and work environment
What We Are Looking For
- EPA 608 Universal Certification (required upon hire)
- At least 5 years of refrigeration, HVAC, or service technician experience
- Experience working on commercial and industrial refrigeration systems
- Knowledge of IIAR, RETA, and OSHA safety standards
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
