Refrigeration Supervisor

About the role

Supervises and plans work schedules and activities for hourly employees in the Refrigeration and Broiler Departments.

Responsibilities

• Schedules powerhouse and refrigeration personnel to maintain the departments for optimal facility operation.
• Prepares and supervises preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to maintain all systems under the powerhouse and ammonia refrigeration departments.
• Tracks and reports on all utilities on a weekly basis.
• Manages and completes hourly employees' timesheets.
• Works with and communicates with manager on issues which arise that could adversely impact the operational performance of the facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of related experience.
• RETA certification required at hire.

Pay

Base salary range of $69,135–$83,999 based on experience.

Drug, alcohol, and background checks are conducted for all new team members post-offer and prior to employment start.
