Refrigeration Service Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Answering technical service questions by phone or e-mail.
• Writing repair instructions.
• Factory and field technical service training.
• Presenting to groups of all sizes.
• Reviewing new products for possible service-related concerns.
• Working with many other groups within the company on various projects.

Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• Five or more years of refrigeration service experience required.
• MUST possess EPA Certification in safe-handling of refrigerants.
• Must be organized and detail oriented.
• Professional, friendly, and have strong communication skills (both verbally and in writing).
• Customer service oriented.
• Reliable and honest.

Qualifications

• MUST possess EPA Certification in safe-handling of refrigerants.

Schedule

This is primarily working in an office environment, as this job requires a large volume of phone and e-mail communication. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is required. Eligibility for up to one (1) remote workday per week may be permitted, subject to business needs and departmental guidelines.
