Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering technical service questions by phone or e-mail.
- Writing repair instructions.
- Factory and field technical service training.
- Presenting to groups of all sizes.
- Reviewing new products for possible service-related concerns.
- Working with many other groups within the company on various projects.
Requirements
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Five or more years of refrigeration service experience required.
- MUST possess EPA Certification in safe-handling of refrigerants.
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Professional, friendly, and have strong communication skills (both verbally and in writing).
- Customer service oriented.
- Reliable and honest.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- Five or more years of refrigeration service experience required.
- MUST possess EPA Certification in safe-handling of refrigerants.

Schedule
This is primarily working in an office environment, as this job requires a large volume of phone and e-mail communication. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is required. Eligibility for up to one (1) remote workday per week may be permitted, subject to business needs and departmental guidelines.
