Job Type: Hourly Maintenance
Responsibilities
- Ensures all aspects of the maintenance mechanic functions are performed in a safe and acceptable manner.
- Performs preventative maintenance procedures on all equipment assigned by maintenance supervisors/lead hand.
- Assists other areas of the plant when major problems occur.
Requirements
- Completes all assigned tasks, scheduled and unscheduled work, as directed by supervisor.
- Assists in day‑to‑day operations of the maintenance department, including assistance across all maintenance areas of the plant.
- Ensures that all assigned areas of the maintenance department are monitored and documented as required by safety, food safety, company policy, and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience with maintenance on boilers, air compressors, HVAC, plumbing, and ammonia refrigeration preferred.
Schedule
Hours: 6 pm to 6:30 am, 4 days a week with rotation every 6 weeks.
