Job Details
Refrigeration Applicants will be considered for any refrigeration maintenance Tech position open. If an applicant meets the minimum requirements for consideration, they may be contacted for an interview.
Responsibilities
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends
- Pushing, pulling, or lifting over 40 lbs.
- Climbing ladders above 10 feet
- Working 6 days a week and 7 if production works on Saturday
- Standing approximately 8.5 hours/day on concrete floor
- Being a member of the Plant Hazmat Team
- Completing computer-based training and entering work into the SAP system
- Using SCBA equipment
- Performing all other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- At least 6 months’ industrial refrigeration experience or recent graduate from an accredited school for industrial refrigeration
- Passing a Level 4 pulmonary function test and physical
- Being recertified each year to maintain position
- Being clean shaven to get a proper fit while using SCBA equipment
Qualifications
- Relevant work experience documented in the work history section of the application or upload a resume with your work history experience
- Provide government identification number for verification of previous Tyson employment history
