Refreshments Manager II
About the Role
As the Blue Origin Location Manager in Florida, you will oversee daily operations for attendant and Micro Market routes, ensuring client service meets company standards and agreements. This role involves coordinating product deliveries, serving as the primary client contact, and fostering strong communication and partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, assign, and monitor daily attendant and Micro Market route assignments.
- Coordinate deliveries of product to client locations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication and partnership.
- Manage and evaluate employees; counsel and promote employee growth, efficiency, morale, and teamwork.
- Provide attendants with ongoing feedback, including recognition and coaching on performance, productivity, service partnership, safety, equipment operation, and client retention.
- Maintain accurate weekly inventory, including placing orders to ensure appropriate inventory levels.
- Develop a Service and Safety culture and utilize leadership skills to build employee performance, grow base business, and enhance client partnerships.
- Utilize strategic and leadership skills to facilitate employee selection, development, retention, and strong client relationships.
- Ensure optimal retail convenience execution across client sites.
- Resolve service issues for clients and conduct daily Micro Market visits to follow up on or evaluate issues.
- Foster effective communication at all levels of the organization.
- Maintain all business records, documentation, and administrative standards, including personnel records, delivery and invoice records, product and asset inventories, and client sales, contact, and pricing records.
Requirements
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in logistics or related tasks.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong skills in client interaction, communication, organization/time management, multi-tasking, and computer proficiency.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
