- Ensuring food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Managing the crew and addressing any issues that arise.
- Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining safety and security.
- Scheduling staff and managing their availability.
- Training new and existing staff members.
Requirements
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule.
- At least 18 years old to qualify as a manager in a corporate-owned McDonald’s restaurant.
