Shift Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee the restaurant operations.
• Deliver world-class pitas with exceptional customer service.
• Know the Pita Pit Menu and act as a food ambassador for our customers.
• Maintain a fun, clean, and upbeat atmosphere.
• Motivate the staff.
• Provide exceptional customer service to EVERY customer; this includes unhappy customers.
• Maintain a positive attitude at all times.
• Participate in quality control by preparing food to the very best standard possible while following all policies.

Requirements

• Valid drivers license.
• Job Type: Full-Time.
• Salary: Depending on experience (plus tips).
• Bonus: available on restaurant success.
• Work Authorization: United States (Required).

Qualifications

• Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred).
• Licenses/Certifications: Driver's License (Preferred).
• Shift Availability: Day Shift (Preferred), Night Shift (Preferred).
