Referral Tracking Specialist - Behavioral Health
Position Summary
The Referral Tracking Specialist position is available for our Seattle - White Center location in the Behavioral Health Department. We are seeking an energetic, high-paced individual capable of meeting deadlines proficiently and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will track Sea Mar provider referrals to specialist and imaging facilities, ensure proper documentation in the EPIC System, and collaborate with various clinical and departmental teams.
Qualifications
- Competent in using business machines including fax, phone system, EPIC, and Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- A working knowledge of the medical industry and managed care plans
- Ability to interpret different types of patient medical records documents
- Drive and ability to work seamlessly with clinical and other department teams
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Medical office experience and experience processing referrals or in health information management preferred
