Details: Referral Relationship Manager (RRM)
- Drive referral growth through intentional outreach, not passive check-ins
- Own your territory—build, strengthen, and expand a network of referring practices
- Create high-impact events (CE, open houses, community partnerships) that elevate your hospital’s presence
- Partner with marketing + leadership to launch campaigns, new services, and clinicians
- Use data like a strategist—tracking trends, identifying opportunities, and adjusting your approach
- Shape the referral experience by solving problems and improving how hospitals serve their partners
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience demonstrating the ability to manage multiple priorities, build relationships, communicate effectively, and drive business growth
- Experience in sales, customer service, account management, marketing, or business development roles strongly preferred
- Experience in veterinary medicine or animal health is strongly preferred
- Strong communication skills across multiple platforms (in-person, phone, email, and virtual platforms)
- Comfort using data, CRM tools, and performance metrics
- Ability to interpret basic performance metrics and use data to inform strategy and decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and think strategically
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, & Reliable Transportation – Frequent travel required within the region (mileage reimbursed)
- Flexibility – Some evening or weekend events may be required
