Video Testimonial Job Details Department: Referral Management Shift: Day Working Hours: 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday Summary: The Referral Management Program Manager for the Baptist Health Rehabilitation Institute oversees inpatient rehabilitation referral operations across the Baptist System, including locations in Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, and El Dorado. Key responsibilities include marketing, data tracking and analysis, managing referral decisions, securing insurance pre-authorizations, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating patient transport, and driving process improvements. This role requires maintaining strong relationships with admitting physicians and a customer-centric approach to referral sources, with direct oversight of all departmental clinical and non-clinical staff. Other Information: Graduate of an accredited College of Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy ProgramCurrent licensure in the State of Arkansas A minimum of 2 years experience in marketing, outreach, or as a liaison for post-acute services Bachelor's degree or above preferred Leadership experience preferred This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
