Manager Program Management

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop the site Program Management team
• Manage customer programs across the full lifecycle
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to ensure successful execution
• Serve as the primary customer contact for program performance and issue resolution
• Lead program reviews, customer business reviews, and Voice of Customer initiatives
• Support new program pursuits, proposals, and growth opportunities
• Drive program profitability, schedule performance, and delivery commitments

What You Bring:

• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of Program Management experience within Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), contract manufacturing, or other highly regulated manufacturing environments
• 5+ years of leadership experience leading Program Managers or cross-functional customer program teams
• Experience supporting Aerospace & Defense customers and manufacturing environments operating under AS9100 quality management systems
• Working knowledge of Aerospace & Defense customer requirements, compliance expectations, and regulated manufacturing processes
• Strong customer engagement, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
• Experience managing program financials, customer quoting, contracts, and profitability
• Prior proven ability to manage multiple complex customer programs from proposal through production and delivery
• U.S. Citizenship required
