Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania OR Completion of a Clinical Medical Assistant Program with at least 2 years of experience preferred
• If not an LPN or MA, a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required
• Healthcare Provider (CPR) certification within 6 months required
• Ability to analyze referral information and efficiently schedule patients with a provider in the appropriate region of the system
