About the role
Community Solutions is a well-established and growing non-profit agency serving children, families and individuals in Santa Clara and San Benito Counties. Our agency is recognized for its subject matter expertise and collaborative approach within the community.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct service to clients in various settings.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement comprehensive service plans.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Attend regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as psychology, social work, or a related discipline.
- Valid California Driver’s License.
- Experience working with individuals in need of behavioral health services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
