This position is responsible for providing initial support to clients seeking services through our intake process.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in completing intake forms and documentation
- Answer client inquiries and provide initial guidance
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure all intake procedures are completed accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience in customer service or related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of intake procedures and protocols
