Responsibilities

• Work directly with patients, physicians, and physician teams to obtain authorizations and referrals for various medical services including CTs, MRIs, PETs, and more.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all referrals and authorizations in relevant systems.
• Timely escalation of financial clearance issues to supervisors.
• Possess knowledge related to oncology.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or higher)

Qualifications

• Experience in obtaining diagnostic/imaging appointments.
• Knowledge of oncology-related fields.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
• Attention to detail.
