• Work experience in a physician's office or medical institution with exposure to managed care and primary care rules and practices.
• Other: Initiative, judgement, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective relationships with staff, doctors, nurses, patients, and managed care representatives.
• Organizing work to achieve clinic goals and objectives.
• Clear communication skills.
• Knowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement requirements.
• Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
