About the role
Baptist Medical Center MD Anderson is hiring a Full-Time Days Referrals Coordinator to join our BMDA Patient Access Services Department at our Downtown Jacksonville location. This small team works closely alongside patients and providers, focusing on helping MD Anderson patients through their medical process by managing schedules and confirming appointments.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Provide referral assistance to physicians, patients, and insurance companies.
- Maintain medical documentation.
- Schedule appointments.
- Process prescriptions and referrals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (required).
- Comfortable working in an office setting.
- Strong work ethic, customer service skills, and ability to multitask.
