Referral and Lead Manager
About the role
Do you enjoy shaping programs that connect advisors with the right prospects? Are you experienced in building structured frameworks that support growth and improve how organizations manage referrals and lead flow? We’re looking for someone to:
- Lead the development and management of referral programs across GWM US, ensuring clear structures, incentives, and alignment with broader business goals
- Support the evolution of partnership, referral, and lead management frameworks by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, enhance visibility, and improve acquisition outcomes
- Oversee referral activity and lead flow across channels, helping ensure consistent qualification processes and effective routing across the organization
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external strategic partners to support collaboration and expand referral opportunities
- Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations that help inform strategic decisions and strengthen overall acquisition effectiveness tangibly, in partnership with the internal Business Intelligence team
You will work in close partnership with US GWM business leaders to enhance our referral activities and lead funnel management.
Your team
Located in New York, you will be part of the GWM US Channel and Prospecting Office reporting to the Head GWM US Channel and Prospecting Office.
Requirements
- 6 – 10 years of experience in program management or sales operations roles, with a proven ability to refine workflows and strengthen effectiveness
- Demonstrated experience in designing or managing structured programs (e.g., eligibility, incentives, governance)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to oversee referral and lead flow activity
- Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure clear alignment and execution of referral and lead management process
- Knowledge of the US wealth management industry and the products and services provided to key market segments that UBS serves
- Curiosity to explore how AI can improve workflows, with sound judgment in validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
Pay
The indicative gross base salary range for this full-time role in Weehawken, New Jersey is USD 140,000 – 180,000 per annum. The expected salary will be determined by relevant factors including role-required experience, qualifications, education, location, and skill level.
