The Role

The Lead Partnerships Manager will oversee broker onboarding end-to-end, manage FIX connectivity for a rapidly expanding client base, and collaborate with FIX infrastructure partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead broker onboarding from certification to FIX go-live readiness
  • Manage multiple FIX connectivity workstreams simultaneously
  • Collaborate with FIX infrastructure partners like Broadridge’s Itiviti and NYFIX Trading Hub
  • Own FIX message configuration and customization
  • Support expansion into new asset classes and trading regions
  • Act as an escalation point for FIX-related issues
  • Document and migrate connection records into Salesforce
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines
  • Optimize onboarding, testing, and deployment processes
  • Enable CX teams through documentation and training

Requirements

  • 7+ years of FIX protocol, broker onboarding, and trading system integrations experience
  • Experience with multiple asset classes and regional trading partners
  • Hands-on experience with Broadridge/Itiviti and NYFIX
  • Deep knowledge of FIX 4.2/4.4, message formatting, and electronic trading workflows
  • Proven project management skills
  • Familiarity with trading platforms and EMS/OMS ecosystems
  • Skilled in UAT and production testing tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly analytical and detail-oriented
  • Flexibility to work outside standard business hours

Bonus

  • Prior experience in FinTech, trading platform provider, asset manager, or broker-dealer
  • Experience with FIX-over-TLS or managed connectivity hubs
  • Fixed income trading connectivity experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/ticketing systems
  • Experience with process automation or self-service tools

Compensation and Benefits

The typical starting salary range for this role is $124,000 - $155,000, with a range of $136,000 - $170,000 in select locations.
