Lead Proposal Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Proposal Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in proposal environments, particularly in financial services and payment processing, and will be adept at translating client needs into compelling proposals.

Responsibilities

• Perform a detailed analysis of RFPs, preparing compliance matrices, outlines, and schedules.
• Manage multiple, concurrent proposal efforts and teams, ensuring timely completion of all assignments.
• Organize and coordinate proposal resources, leading discussions on proposal win themes, value propositions, and strategic messaging.
• Develop and customize content that highlights Fiserv’s strengths and solutions.
• Write detailed responses that effectively communicate Fiserv’s capabilities and advantages, ensuring clarity and professionalism.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in proposal environments, specifically in financial services and payment processing.
• Ability to understand and articulate client requirements into a cohesive, persuasive final product.
• Exemplary organizational skills, including accuracy and timeliness, with the ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Professional.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Journalism, Mass Media, or a related field.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with responsive (formerly RFPIO) or similar proposal automation software tools.
• Experience with Shipley processes and standards.
• APMP Certification.

Pay

This is a full-time, direct-hire position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Schedule

The role is on-site Monday through Friday, with in-person collaboration being essential for effective teamwork.
