Reena Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking a Community Life Assistant to join their growing team. Reena Senior Living in Fort Atkinson, WI, has been voted "Best Assisted living in the Area" by the Jefferson County Daily Union for the 6th straight year. They help seniors Age Magnificently in an 80-unit, apartment-style community offering Assisted Living and Memory Care services.
Shifts Available
- Part time, 20 hours/week
- Week 1: Monday 8:30a-4:30p, Wednesday 9:30a-2:30p, Friday 8:30a-4:30p, Saturday 9:30a-2:30p
- Week 2: Sunday 9:30a-2:30p, Wednesday 9:30a-2:30p, Thursday and Friday 8:30a-4:30p
- Week 3: Monday 8:30a-4:30p, Wednesday 9:30a-2:30p, Thursday and Friday 8:30a-4:30p
Wage
$15.45-$18.80 wage is based on experience
Duties
In this position, you will assist the Community Life Department Supervisor in developing, organizing, coordinating, and implementing comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant. Duties include:
- Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
- Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
- Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.
Preferred Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident's families, and employees.
- Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
