Reemployment Coordinator (North - Dallas)

About the role

The Reemployment Coordinator (Program Specialist IV) position is in the RESEA department and covers the North - Dallas area. This position is open to Texas residents only.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local RESEA resource to Board staff and service providers on service delivery, outreach, and training.
• Become a subject matter expert on local labor market, local community support services, and the RESEA program.
• Conduct touchpoints with RESEA customers using professional etiquette and demeanor to validate compliance with individual reemployment plans and other RESEA requirements.
• Conduct research, program assessment, preliminary investigations, and prepare reports.
• Support and present at RESEA conferences and conduct classroom training and webinars.
• Aid in developing program policies, procedures, standards, and manuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Two years of full-time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Knowledge of RESEA or other workforce program services, procedures, and policies.
• Intermediate PowerPoint, presentation, and communication skills.
• Experience writing site observation and operations reports.
• Great listening skills and professional, pleasant, and respectful telephone etiquette.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English).

• Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position.

Pay

Competitive starting salary: $5,079.81 - $5,333.80/month
