We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role? Actually we have company description, job description, responsibilities, qualifications, location, compensation & benefits, etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". So we should not create Pay section if only says "Competitive salary commensurate with experience". That's filler; we should not include Pay section. Benefits: we have list of benefits; we can include Benefits section. Schedule: location says "Position Type: Full Time (8:30 AM - 5 PM EST)". That's schedule info; we can include Schedule section with that detail. Also maybe "Location" could be part of schedule? But we can include a Location section? Not in allowed headings list; but we could treat location as part of Schedule or maybe not needed. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Probably we should stick to those headings where applicable. We have company description; could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". But we can use "About the role" for overview. Responsibilities: we have many. Qualifications: required and preferred. Skills: maybe not explicit; we could omit Skills if not specific. Benefits: we have list. Pay: we have only generic; we should omit. Schedule: we have full time hours. Also location could be included in Schedule or maybe we add a separate "Location" heading? Not in list but maybe okay. Safer to include Location as a

within the description? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So location could be minor metadata; we could put in a

. But we also have schedule info; we could combine location and schedule in a Schedule section? Might be okay. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate etc. Thus produce HTML:

About the role

... company description and position overview ...

But we need to separate company description and position overview? Could combine. Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • ... each bullet ...
Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • ... required ...
maybe separate required and preferred? Could have two subsections? But we can list all qualifications as list items, marking required vs preferred? Might be okay to just list. Benefits:

Benefits

  • ... each benefit ...
Schedule:

Schedule

Full Time (8:30 AM - 5 PM EST)

We should not include Pay. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". So we omit that line. We need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. So we strip the equal opportunity boilerplate etc. Let's extract substantive content: Company Description: paragraphs about mission, award-winning, core values etc. Keep. Position Overview: The Reductions Team Lead runs the function... etc. Key Responsibilities: list many bullet points. Qualifications: Required Qualifications list (minimum 4 years experience, at least 1 year leading, demonstrated track record, working knowledge of Medicare Secondary Payer, etc). Preferred Qualifications list (bilingual, experience at high-volume Florida plaintiff PI firm, experience negotiating with hospital systems, paralegal certificate or bachelor's, experience building reductions workflow, familiarity with Medicare Set-Aside). Location: "This position is open to work at our office 5 days a week. Office Locations: 7900NW 154th Street, Suite 101 Miami Lakes, FL 33016 Position Type: Full Time (8:30 AM - 5 PM EST)". We'll keep location and schedule. Compensation & Benefits: list benefits: Professional development and continuing education support, Collaborative, growth-oriented team environment, Medical, dental & vision, Hospital plans, 401(k) Retirement Plan – Pre-tax and Roth post-tax contributions available, Life Insurance (Company paid Basic Life and AD&D as well as voluntary Life & AD&D for the employee and dependents), Company paid short and long-term disability, Health & Dependent Care Spending Accounts (HSA & DCFSA), Employee Assistance Program, Tuition Assistance, Paid time off and paid holidays. We should not include "Competitive salary commensurate with experience". So omit that line. Now produce HTML. We need to ensure we don't include any markdown fences. Just raw HTML. Let's craft.

POSITION OVERVIEW The Reductions Team Lead runs the function that determines how much of every settlement actually reaches our clients. You will supervise a team of reductions and lien resolution specialists, personally handle the largest and most complex lien files, and own the metrics that measure our performance — aggregate reduction rate, net-to-client percentage, and time from settlement to disbursement. This is a negotiation role with a management layer on top. Every dollar your team takes off a medical balance, a hospital lien, or a health plan’s subrogation claim is a dollar that goes to an injured client instead. You will set the standard for how hard those negotiations are pushed, hold the team to it, and step in personally when a provider or plan will not move.

Now Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Post-settlement medical bill and lien reductions
  • Team Lead – Lead the team. Supervise, train, and evaluate a team of reductions and lien resolution specialists. Assign files, manage workload distribution, run regular file reviews, and develop the team’s negotiation skills.
  • Own the numbers. Track and report aggregate reduction percentage, dollars saved, aging, and settlement-to-disbursement turnaround. Identify where the team is leaving money on the table and fix it.
  • Negotiate the hard files. Personally handle high-balance, high-complexity, and escalated reductions where the provider or plan has refused to move at the specialist level.
  • Resolve statutory and plan liens. Direct the resolution of Medicare conditional payments and Medicare Secondary Payer obligations, Florida Medicaid (AHCA) claims under Fla. Stat. 409.910 including the administrative challenge process, ERISA and self-funded plan reimbursement claims, TRICARE and VA claims, and hospital and provider liens under applicable county ordinances.
  • Manage letter of protection balances. Negotiate LOP balances with treating providers and maintain documentation consistent with Fla. Stat. 768.0427 disclosure requirements.
  • Apply the collateral source framework. Analyze health insurance payments, PIP benefits, and other collateral sources under Fla. Stat. 768.76 to establish the correct reimbursement exposure before negotiating.
  • Build provider relationships. Establish and maintain working relationships and, where appropriate, standing reduction arrangements with high-volume providers, facilities, and lien resolution vendors.
  • Partner with the attorneys. Give trial and pre-suit attorneys accurate, timely lien exposure figures so they can evaluate settlement authority and advise clients on net recovery.
  • Protect the client experience. Ensure clients understand their closing statement and that disbursement is accurate, documented, and prompt.
  • Improve the process. Standardize templates, escalation paths, and negotiation playbooks; recommend and help implement case management system and workflow improvements.
  • Maintain compliance. Ensure every file satisfies trust accounting, Florida Bar, and firm documentation requirements before funds are released.
Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Minimum of four (4) years of experience in medical lien resolution, reductions, or settlement negotiation at a personal injury firm, lien resolution company, or healthcare recovery vendor.
  • At least one (1) year of experience leading, training, or formally mentoring a team.
  • Demonstrated track record of negotiating meaningful reductions on medical balances and liens, with the numbers to support it.
  • Working knowledge of Medicare Secondary Payer rules and conditional payment resolution.
  • Working knowledge of Florida Medicaid third-party recovery and the AHCA lien process.
  • Familiarity with ERISA plan reimbursement claims and the practical difference between self-funded and fully insured plans.
  • Understanding of Florida PIP and the collateral source framework as it affects reimbursement exposure.
  • Strong command of settlement math — gross to net, attorney fees and costs, pro rata allocation, and common fund and made-whole considerations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to be firm with providers and plainspoken with clients.
  • Proficiency with legal case management software and spreadsheets.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish, spoken and written. (Preferred)
