About the Role: Recycling Technician As a Recycling Technician, you’ll be an essential part of our sustainability initiatives. You’ll help manage waste streams, support recycling programs, and keep our facility safe and environmentally responsible. This is hands-on work with real impact! What You’ll Do Collect, sort, dispose of, and help ship recyclable, hazardous, and non-hazardous materialsOperate recycling and material-handling equipment, including forklifts, balers, compactors, drum haulers, and pallet jacksInspect and sort materials by type, size, condition, and gradeMaintain recycling and storage areas to meet GMP, OSHA, DOT, and EPA standardsParticipate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date on recycling methods and regulationsReport gaps or issues to the Environmental TechnicianKeep work areas clean, organized, and always safety-focusedJump in where needed—“other duties as assigned” is a team-player mindset!
