Duties

Supervises, manages, and directs the marketing, operation and development of the installation’s Recycling Program.
Coordinates recycling functions with local community organizations, installation tenants to generate recycling opportunities for the installation.
Develops business plan covering projected recycle programs, staffing requirements, funding levels, equipment needs and facility needs.
Serves as the installation expert and advisor on all issues related to Recycling Program.

Requirements

  • Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one-year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
  • Incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually, in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R.
  • Appointment subject to favorable suitability determination.

Pay, Benefits, and Schedule

  • This job is part of a pay-banded system.
  • Sunday premium pay for regularly scheduled employees and night differential pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander.
  • No non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
