What You'll Do
- Maintain a high volume of calls to patients to assess eligibility, answer questions, and explain study requirements
- Schedule qualified patients for initial clinic visits and follow up throughout their journey
- Handle patient calls and partner with clinic and recruitment teams to meet enrollment goals
What You'll Bring
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing sales role
- Compassionate, people-focused communication skills
- A self-motivated, coachable, organized approach, and comfort learning new technology and systems
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred

Compensation And Benefits
- Base rate: $16.00-$18.00/hour, plus uncapped commission (paid biweekly!)
- Average first-year earnings: approximately $46,000–$54,000 with significantly higher earning potential based on performance

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturday coverage required
