Job Overview

The Clinical Trial Recruitment Specialist is responsible for ensuring volunteer participation for each clinical study.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Operations:
    • Pre-screens potential participants to ensure they meet protocol-specific inclusion/exclusion criteria and understand the study details.
    • Manages and updates the Recruitment Database of study volunteers.
    • Creates and maintains the participant screening appointment schedule.
    • Sends informed consent (ICF) videos to participants prior to telehealth appointments.
  • Participant Screening & Protocol Compliance:
    • Conduct telehealth procedures including informed consent, demographic collection, medical history review, and assessment of protocol eligibility.
    • Maintains thorough knowledge of inclusion/exclusion criteria for all active protocols.
    • Ensures strict adherence to protocol guidelines and Good Clinical Practices (GCPs).
  • Collaboration & Outreach:
    • Collaborates with internal staff to ensure seamless participant service.
    • PARTNERS WITH COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS AND PARTICIPATES IN EVENTS TO EDUCATE AND RECRUIT POTENTIAL CLINICAL TRIAL PARTICIPANTS.

What We're Looking For

  • Absolutely required: Associates degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • One year of relevant work experience may be substituted for one year of required education.
  • At least 1 year of call center experience.
