Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels
- Plan interview and selection procedures
- Host or participate in career events
- Develop long-term recruiting strategies
- Nurture trusting relationships with potential hires
- Create strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent analytical, computer, and organizational skills
- Minimum of one (1) year related recruiting experience or long-term care preferred
