We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes a summary paragraph. We can treat that as "About the role" or maybe "Summary". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections to include based on content. We have summary paragraph: "The Recruitment Specialist will support the growth of our health system by assisting with the logistics of the recruitment process to result in the successful placement of provider candidates. Under the direction of the department manager, this position is responsible for all steps associated with identifying, sourcing, screening and delivering qualified physicians and advance practice providers for consideration to MyMichigan Health. This position will also source and onbard Locum Tenens as needed." That's about the role. So we can have

About the role

then

with that text. Responsibilities: we have a list with percentages and bullet-like statements. We need to extract duties. The responsibilities section includes multiple bullet-like sentences with percentages. We should preserve all substantive info. We'll create a

  • list. We need to remove percentages? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. The percentages are part of the posting; we can keep them inside the li text. So each bullet can include the percentage and description. We have responsibilities broken into (50%)*, (20%)*, (20%)*, (10%)* plus OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: a paragraph. We'll combine all into a list. Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The posting includes "Required Education", "EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND SKILLS:", "PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:", etc. We need to decide which sections to create. We have Education: Bachelor's degree required and one year-related experience preferred. Must have 3-5 years’ experience in customer services, healthcare, sales, marketing or recruitment background is preferred with specific knowledge of the medical/provider community. Ability to multi-task, planning and prioritizing a large volume of detail-oriented work while maintaining quality customer service. Exceeding and meeting deadlines is required. Must have strong marketing, organizational and presentation skills. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present practice opportunities in a positive manner. Extensive knowledge of technology, including, but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet. Must be able to work independently with various customers, internal and external to achieve results. Must be decisive and communicate with all stakeholders on progress of goals and achievement of outcomes. Must be a team player and work effectively with others. Participates in other duties and responsibilities as assigned in order to recruit and retain providers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have a strong technical knowledge background including but not limited to Microsoft® Office Suite and database software. MyMichigan Health is a technology driven organization and employees need to demonstrate competency in Microsoft® Windows. An employee may be required to participate in further learning opportunities offered by MyMichigan Health. Then physical/mental requirements: exposure to stressful situations, etc. We need to decide sections: Could have "Qualifications" for education and experience, "Skills" for abilities, maybe "Physical Requirements". But we should only create sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for education, experience, skills, physical requirements. Could combine education and experience into "Qualifications". Skills could be separate. Physical requirements could be its own section maybe "Working Conditions". But the allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to avoid duplication. We could put education and experience under "Qualifications". Then abilities like multi-task, communication, technical skills under "Skills". Physical/mental requirements maybe under "Requirements"? But "Requirements" could be used for mandatory requirements like education, experience, etc. However we already used Qualifications for that. Maybe we use "Requirements" for physical/mental and other mandatory requirements like ability to lift, etc. But we need to not repeat content. Let's think: The posting includes "Required Education", "EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND SKILLS:", and "PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS AND TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS:". So we could map: - Qualifications: Education and experience (Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience preferred, 3-5 years experience in customer service etc.) - Skills: marketing, organizational, presentation, communication, technical knowledge, multi-task, planning, prioritizing, analytical, problem-solving, team player, etc. - Requirements: Physical/mental requirements and typical working conditions (exposure to stressful situations, PPE, mobility, vision/hearing, sitting/standing, postural changes, bloodborne pathogens, ability to handle multiple tasks, attendance, dexterity, physical demand level light, lifting specs). We should not create Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections because none present. We also need to include maybe "Other Information" like "Equivalent Experience And Other Comments (Education)" but that's duplicate of earlier education. We can ignore duplicates. We must remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. Now produce HTML fragment:
