Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Partner with hiring managers across the university
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
• Cook up offers and pre-employment processes

Requirements

• 1-3 years of recruiting experience
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Strong relationship-building skills
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Knowledge of SAP (plus)

Qualifications
