Recruitment Specialist

Job Title: Recruitment Specialist Department: Human Resources Reports To: HR Manager Job Summary The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing recruitment from sourcing candidates to coordinating interviews. This role partners with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified talent while providing a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective candidate sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.Review resumes and applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.Coordinate interviews between candidates, HR and hiring managers.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions.Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop appropriate recruitment strategies.Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and provide timely updates.Assist with reference checks and pre-employment processes.Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, candidate pipeline, and hiring activity.Ensure recruitment practices comply with applicable employment laws and company policies.Support employer-branding and recruitment initiatives as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR, or a related field.Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.Strong interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills.Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.Knowledge of employment and recruiting best practices.
