About the Role

As a Recruitment Partner at Life.Church, you will support the hiring process from posting open roles to final interviews. Your responsibilities will include creating career postings, partnering with hiring leaders, marketing roles, sourcing candidates, and supporting recruitment projects and events. This role is key to delivering outcomes that align with team goals and further Life.Church’s mission to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.

Responsibilities

  • Source talent and develop a candidate pipeline by engaging potential candidates through social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Conduct touchpoint calls with interested candidates for hard-to-fill roles and communicate with past applicants about new opportunities.
  • Source referrals from current team members and external networks such as LinkedIn and Findem.
  • Partner with Hiring Leaders, HR, and Benefits Partners to identify trends in candidate needs for open headcount.
  • Attend and support career fairs and networking/relationship-building events.
  • Lead intake and strategy sessions with Hiring Leaders to clarify role expectations and define candidate profiles.
  • Provide coaching and consulting throughout the selection process, including interview feedback, competency assessment, and cultural alignment.
  • Prepare and facilitate final interview prep meetings to ensure Hiring Leaders are aligned and prepared.
  • Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly reporting on recruitment metrics and trends for high-priority roles.
  • Support interviews as an active consultant to ensure the process reflects organizational values and creates a positive candidate experience.
  • Ensure timely and consistent communication with candidates at every stage of the process.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to streamline candidate communication and manage pipeline flow.
  • Support trainings for leaders (e.g., LinkedIn use, interview strategies, SPT) to strengthen hiring capability across the organization.
  • Assist in phone screenings and interviews as needed, ensuring consistency and mission alignment in hiring decisions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1 year of related work experience.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to foster relationships and partnerships.
  • Ability to self-motivate, make independent decisions, and solve problems.
  • Maintain flexibility and initiate the creation of new processes and project strategies.
  • Ability to take a great vision and turn it into reality through strategic execution.
  • Ability to step into challenges with little preparation.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
