Job Requirements Position Summary The Team Leader for Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving all aspects of the talent relationship management process. The team lead will report to the Manager of Recruitment Operations Minimum Requirements Education N/A Experience N/A License/Registration/Certifications N/A Preferred Requirements Preferred Education N/A Preferred Experience N/A Preferred License/Registration/Certifications N/A Core Job Responsibilities Core Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Lead recruitment projects and assign team members as neededMeet with director monthly to review all projects and tool utilizationAssist in conducting one on one monthly reviews with recruiters Exemplify recruitment branding and lead other recruiters on how to promote the brandWork with sourcing team to put out strong recruitment brandingUse HRIS, Recruitment Marketing toolsSource and find candidates qualified for open positionsTake part in interview panel for all new recruitersReviews employment applications and background check reportsConsistently review recruitment tools and provide feedback to Manager and DirectorAssist in yearly training for entire recruitment teamAssist with training for new recruiters and onboarding specialistUse sourcing methods for hard-to-fill rolesAttend career and college fairs, and similar events
