Responsibilities
- Processes job requisitions.
- Develops, implements, and ensures high quality and contemporary recruitment methods.
- Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, transferring offer letters, etc.
- Extends contingent job offers.
- Maintains employee referral program.
- Fulfills related clerical aspects of employment, such as completing employment forms, notifying departments of starting dates, etc.
- Develops recruitment materials and ensures the PCHAS website is updated with all open positions.
- Coordinates the internal job posting program and writes job postings.
Working Conditions
- Works in a typical office setting.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- May require lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred or high school diploma plus 7 years HR experience required.
- Two years of full-cycle recruitment experience required.

- Tact, diplomacy, and grace in interacting with all staff
- Good organizational skills
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, risk-free driving record
- Child abuse/neglect, criminal history, sexual offender, and child care/elder care disqualification list screenings
- Fingerprinting as requested
