Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute offer letters and employment agreements.
- Administer background checks, including initiating the background check for specified candidates within required turnaround times.
- Administer drug, alcohol, and physical testing, working with candidates to book appointments and monitor results.
- Aid in planning job fair events and team activities.
- Schedule interviews for candidates and leaders.
- Follow up with candidates to ensure they are prepared for their interview.
- Handle correspondence and inquiries from external organizations and candidates.
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Extract data from various systems and run reports in Excel, including headcount, recruitment stats, turnover, and other reports as needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in a similar office administration with emphasis in Human Resources and strong Data Analytics.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Planner, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities with ease.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful with creative problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills are required.
- Experience in a Recruitment role is a plus.
- Experience with USA and Canadian HR, business rules, and legislative requirements is a plus.
