About the role

As TC Energy continues to meet the growing demand for energy across North America, we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to support hiring across business unit and corporate client groups. In this role, you will provide recruitment expertise and trusted guidance to business leaders, hiring teams, and HR partners to help attract, assess, and secure the talent needed to support TC Energy’s business priorities. As part of a geographically dispersed Talent Acquisition team, you will collaborate with colleagues across North America to deliver a consistent, high-quality recruitment experience. You will play an important role in shaping the first impression candidates have of TC Energy. By building strong relationships, providing thoughtful recruitment advice, and creating a positive experience for candidates and hiring leaders, you will help open the door to rewarding careers with our company.
