  • Use Michael Page's global networks, tools and market insight to source and engage high‑quality candidates.
  • Spot and act on business development opportunities, growing existing accounts and opening new ones.
  • Work towards clear, ambitious goals, with the autonomy to shape how you run your desk.

Profile

  • Recruitment experience, with a track record of managing client relationships and delivering results.
  • Strong business development skills and a proactive approach to growing relationships.
  • Clear communication and confident negotiation skills, with a genuine interest in both client and candidate needs.
  • Drive, resilience and the motivation to succeed in a fast‑paced, target‑led environment.
  • A commitment to delivering great experiences and building long‑term partnerships.
