Recruitment and Outreach Support Specialist

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or extensive, relevant experience or appropriate combination of education and experience.Three years experience working in higher education, community relations, or recruiting; preferably at a community college.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to coordinate projects and work collaboratively.Ability to work with a wide range of constituencies.Detail oriented with ability to multi-task.Demonstrated involvement in local organizations and events.Skill in developing and planning events within budget parameters. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check. Preferred Qualifications Strong computer and technology skills, preferably experience with a CRM .Higher education experience in the areas of recruitment and/or enrollment services.Experience in public relations, marketing, advertising, and/or social media campaigns.
