Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead large-scale, high-impact and complex hiring events with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and logistics.
- Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to onsite event support teams ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
- Deliver constructive feedback on team performance to their respective managers.
- Support Hub or Station Leaders throughout the event as the single point of contact for all questions or concerns.
- Ensure the event reflects company culture and employer brand.
- Issue escalation and management – identify and escalate problems to appropriate leaders promptly.
- Prepare and brief vendors, coordinators, and hiring leaders.
- Monitor offer counts and flag risks.
- Ensure compliance with hiring processes.
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
- Maintain a high standard of candidate experience.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance event efficiency and candidate experience.
- Collaborate on projects that drive operational excellence and scalability within hiring events.
- Document and share best practices across teams to standardize processes and improve outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently and adapt to changing environments.
- Experience managing vendors and onsite teams.
- Proven ability to lead/contribute to process improvement initiatives and implement best practices.
- Experience in leading or contributing to cross-functional projects aimed at operational efficiency or scalability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Pay
We are committed to pay transparency and fairness. For this role, the initial expected remuneration is $59,000 to $77,000 USD plus applicable benefits. This range is specific to the advertised locations and may not be applicable to other locations.
