Recruiting Specialist

About the role

The Recruiting Specialist supports recruiting, orientation, onboarding, training, internal events, and culture. This position serves as the face of the organization to new employees, helping integrate them into Town culture and connecting them with fulfilling careers suited to their strengths.

Knowledge of municipal government positions and prior public sector recruiting experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective employees who exemplify the Town’s guiding principles
• Manage orientation and onboarding processes for new hires
• Coordinate internal events and foster a positive organizational culture
• Support training and professional development initiatives

Pay

Expected hiring range: $67,735 – $81,282, depending on experience.
