Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies and conduct outreach to identify and attract top-tier candidates in the IT sector.
• Assess candidates through phone screens and other methods to ensure they meet the requirements for the positions being filled.
• Coordinate the full interview and hiring process, working closely with both candidates and stakeholders to ensure a positive experience for everyone involved.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience, including sourcing and assessing high-demand candidates in the IT sector.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday, Avature preferred).
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Qualifications
