About the role

We are looking for a driven, self-motivated, experienced Bilingual (Spanish/English) Recruiting Specialist with Staffing Industry experience to join our Perth Amboy, NJ Team!

Responsibilities

  • Focus on finding the best talent for our client customers by utilizing a wide range of recruiting sources to draw the best candidates to Partners Personnel.
  • Understand the specific needs and skill sets of our Associates to build a loyal and satisfied workforce.
  • Utilize all forms of communication, written and verbal, with supervisors, peers, clients, and/or subordinates.
  • Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships; develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
  • Network and communicate effectively with the desire to build long-lasting working relationships.
  • Actively look for ways to help people and be aware of others' reactions.
  • Develop social perceptiveness and service orientation.
  • Manage internal and external systems and applications to record status and candidate profiles.
  • Use strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Teams) to complete initial and follow-up associate “quality control” calls and address employee relations issues.
  • Visit client sites for meetings and check-ins.

Requirements

  • Experienced in high volume recruiting.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Recruiting experience in light industrial staffing, manufacturing, or logistics.
  • Customer service and relationship building skills.
  • Experience coordinating and/or attending job fairs to connect with potential candidates.
  • Experience in social media campaigns, creating/editing flyers and documents, and managing job postings on job sites like Indeed.
  • Ability to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Benefits

  • Pay Range: $26.00 - $30.00/hr + bonuses, commensurate with Staffing and Recruiting experience.
  • Compensation determined based on job-related skills, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.

Pay and Schedule

Pay Range: $26.00 - $30.00/hr + bonuses, commensurate with Staffing and Recruiting experience.

This role may also be eligible for overtime (if non-exempt), bonuses, commissions, or other incentive pay, depending on the position.

Hours: Full-time, Monday through Friday.
