Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for upcoming event hiring motions and anticipated business demand
- Identify and engage passive and active candidates through multiple channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, internal talent, talent communities, and applicant pools
- Screens and assess candidates against role requirements and competencies, ensuring a strong and diverse pipeline of qualified talent
- Submit event-ready candidates into hiring pools and monitor candidate progression and conversion throughout the hiring process
- Partner with recruiters, Solution Leads, DPOCs, hiring managers, and event teams to align sourcing priorities with business needs and hiring forecasts
- Leverage talent market insights and sourcing analytics to identify pipeline gaps, improve sourcing effectiveness, and influence hiring strategies
- Champion inclusive hiring practices by proactively expanding talent networks and identifying opportunities to increase representation across candidate pipelines
- Maintain operational excellence through accurate candidate management, compliance, and pipeline reporting
- Flex across multiple hiring events, solution areas, and business groups based on hiring demand and organizational priorities
- Consistently deliver a target of at least 30 tech-screened candidates for volume pipelines or 15 deeply qualified candidates for more specialized, high-bar roles per month
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of talent acquisition experience in a sourcing or recruiting capacity
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing sourcing strategies to meet hiring objectives under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, or a related field preferred in lieu of experience
- LinkedIn Recruiter certification preferred
- Proven talent sourcing and candidate identification skills with 3+ years leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, talent communities, referrals, and other sourcing channels to engage passive and active candidates
- Pipeline management and talent pooling expertise with 2+ years building, managing, and converting talent pools with a focus on delivering qualified, interested, and available candidates
- Candidate screening and assessment capability with 2+ years conducting screening interviews and delivering high-quality, interview-ready talent in high-volume environments
- Fluency in advanced sourcing strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, GitHub, Google Scholar, Hugging Face, and other open-source communities
- Market analytics skills with the ability to understand talent markets and articulate insights to recruiters, internal sponsors, and leadership
- Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a high-volume, pipeline-building environment
- Proficiency with computer applications including Microsoft Word and Excel

Pay Range*: $30.50 - $34.50 per hour
